Keith P. George

Keith is the founder of The Consilium Group Inc., a consulting firm focused on advising small businesses, startups, and government agencies. The Consilium Group provides close, hands-on business strategy document development services to increase business revenue generation and market share and reduce the risk of business failure. Passionate about providing exceptional strategy and analytics development services , Keith helps entrepreneurs focus on what matters most—effectively running their business.
Keith also advises government contractors on effective strategy and analytic development to increase revenues, income, and market share. He is a mentor the Clarity website that provides startups and small businesses with information and advice in various success-driven fields. Keith has previously started two successful small businesses, both offering technology services to small and large businesses.
Prior to opening The Consilium Group Inc., Keith was a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, developing strategies and the associated analytics for the nation’s most senior leaders, including the Secretary of the Army, the Chief of Staff of the Army, the Secretary of Defense. His strategies were used on several occasions by the President of the United States and the White House Staff. He also served as a top strategy and analytics advisor in Iraq as a member of the Commanding General’s Assessment Cell and in Afghanistan working with special missions. Keith also served as the Assistant Director for Network Security and as a Systems Integrator and Strategist for a fortune 500 firm for almost five years. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Keith has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. After completing his undergraduate studies, Keith went on to receive his master’s degree in Technology Management from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Kevin S. Harvey

Kevin has over 27 years of managerial experience as a commissioned officer in the United States Army and civilian executive. He has provided strategies that solved organizational problems, improved organizational operations and production, and increased efficiencies of both government agencies and private sector firms. As he developed these strategies, Kevin developed various analytical models that pointed large and small organizations to success. These strategies and analytical models were consistently used at the highest levels of the federal government including the Secretary of the Army, the Chief of Staff of the Army, the Secretary of Defense. As an Army Colonel, Kevin served as a top military strategist and readiness analyst for the Army, leading other senior military strategists and analysts in the development and execution of land-based strategies at the outset of Global War on Terrorism and Operation Noble Eagle.
He was also instrumental in developing and executing power projection strategies for Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. In these assignments, Kevin acquired experience in contracting with the Federal Government. Kevin is a graduate of Hampton University where he received a bachelors' degree in Media Communications and he went on to receive a master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College.

Dr. Roosevelt Barfleld has over 30 years of managerial and training experience. While serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, Dr.Barfield managed hundreds of millions of dollars for training soldiers to perform their responsibilities in war zones as well as at bases in the United States. As a Brigadier General, Roosevelt served as a deputy commander for a combat task force and as the Director of Operations for one of the U.S. Military's four-star combatant commands. As a trainer of people, Dr.Barfield has developed training programs and training strategies that prepared hundreds of thousands of people to effectively perform their responsibilities and, thereby, saving millions of dollars in waste. These strategies and many fo these programs continue in use today.
Dr. Barfield is a graduate of the University of Kansas, received a masters degree from Central Michigan University and his Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University.
